Old Colonists’ Association of Victoria (OCAV) partnered with Lark and NARI as part of their ENJOY program to offer a low-impact workout circuit designed for Seniors or rehabilitation purposes for their residents at Leith Park Retirement Living in St Helena.
The installation of a modified Lappset Classic 90 seniors exercise circuit was necessary due to the constrained existing courtyard area within the community.
The equipment offers an exercise routine that focuses on movement, flexibility and dexterity over the traditional strength, resistance and cardio training – perfect for the over 55 residents at OCAV. The equipment is also certified to playground safety standards, and acts as play equipment; allowing grandparents and grandchildren to participate and engage together whilst the family are visiting their relatives.
