Sutton Park is Australia’s largest single installation of Lappset fitness equipment — a comprehensive mix
of 17 individual units from weighted stations, body-weight elements, and cardio units.
Installed in 2015, it remains one of the most popular and heavily used outdoor fitness spaces in
the Ipswich municipality, valued for its durability, versatility, and year-round community appeal.
Designed in collaboration with the City of Ipswich, the brief was straightforward: create a true
destination fitness park that would serve everyday users, personal trainers, and dedicated
training groups.
The result is a long-standing, highly desirable space that continues to set the benchmark for
outdoor fitness design.
