Lochaven is a premium residential estate located in Melbourne’s well established south-eastern growth corridor of Cranbourne West and the Town Park forms the larger second part of the two-stage development.
The project is configured from a multitude of Spiel-Bau items, covering various ranges and materials, and is an excellent feature representation of Spiel-bau’s custom capabilities.
The park includes a sizeable 7m tall Pyramid Tower with two large stainless steel slides as the feature element. A customised log climbing structure spans approx. 10m x10m and functions as a chillout and climbing/balancing adventure space for children and teenagers.
Other items include a ‘pile of logs’ balancing structure, and sand and water play elements – comprising a custom ‘mushroom’ pump, a traditional hand pump, a sand sieve, water chutes and sand bucket crane.
Lochaven Town Park is a space that provides a very natural/nature theme design aesthetic with muted colours and natural logs, coupled with raw stainless throughout.
