Banyule Council said to us ‘we want to do things differently’ and in the pursuit of creating unique spaces, we were engaged to provide a space for Senior Exercise.
In partnership with the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI), Banyule excitingly invested in the bright pink Lappset Classic 90, which is a specially designed low impact workout circuit, designs for seniors or rehabilitation purposes.
The equipment offers an exercise routine that focuses on movement, flexibility and dexterity over the traditional strength, resistance and cardio training.
The Classic 90 is also certified to playground safety standards allowing grandparents and grandchildren to participate and engage together!
