Coomera Anglican College, Upper Coomera QLD

To cater to a broad student cohort from Grade 1 to Year 12, in collaboration with Burling Brown Architects, Coomera Anglican College selected a combination of interactive and sculptural play elements that promote inclusive engagement, physical activity, and educational value.

The Memo Interactive Play Pillars was chosen for its cross-age appeal and integrated learning features, particularly the option to create custom quiz content tailored to the school’s curriculum.

The Sutu Interactive Ball Wall was selected to energise the play landscape with a dynamic and technology-driven feature. With over 19 built-in games, it offers a wide range of physical challenges suitable for all ages and was considered a standout addition for its uniqueness and strong movement-based focus. Both the Memo and Sutu were also favoured for their small footprints and ability to be installed without the need for costly softfall, aligning well with the school’s spatial constraints.

The GrassArt Climber from our partner Spiel-Bau was added for its sculptural form and natural aesthetic. Its graded green coating mimics real grass, offering the durability of stainless steel with the visual softness of nature. This piece is particularly well-suited to educational settings, where inclusive, stimulating, and safe play environments are essential.
